Bonus Conditions

• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to ookk without first contacting ookk support to resolve the dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and may be referred to law enforcement.
• Harassment: Using the platform's communication features to harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against other players, ookk staff, or any third party.
